• I get my hands dirty, if required (or wanted!)
• I become part of (and an asset to) your business, if wanted

Support can come in one of several ways:

Mentoring
"Mentoring is to support and encourage people to manage their own learning in order that they may maximise their potential, develop their skills, improve their performance and become the person they want to be." Eric Parsloe, The Oxford School of Coaching & Mentoring.

Bottom line - I use my experience to help you acheive your goals.

This is aimed more at business start ups and entrepreneurs, who need more general help in a wider range of subjects.

Consultant Director
If you need experience in a specific discipline or project, I participate as a dedicated resource. Examples are:

• Plan and implement an online strategy
• Set up and oversee new a procurement or development process
• Introduce the business to international sourcing and importation
• Develop a product from concept to delivery

Director On Demand
This is where I participate in your business on an ad hoc basis, 'on call', as required.

Unlike a Consultant Director, this is more aimed at advice or emergency response.  Think of visiting your doctor: you have a specific issue that needs addressing.  The doctor reviews the case, gives advice and supplies a prescription.  In some cases he may need to see you again or pass you on for further consultation!

Also aimed a growing businesses, this allows you to use me as a sounding board or to kickstart projects.
