google Apps Setup

So, you want to use gmail as your main business email system - well done - I think you are making the right move!

So, what does paying me £50 get you?

• Either the setting up/application process of your account or help with setting up/applying, of any edition - standard, corporate, education, non profits and government!
• Setting your domain up to use gmail i.e. editing DNS and testing
• Set up of upto 5 users
• Assistance with setting up desktop clients (Outlook, Thunderbird etc), if required - you really do not need to use these any more!!
• Assistance with setting or smartphones e.g. iPhone
• Holding your hand in the first few days of using the system!

What is the process:

1. you book me by clicking the link below
2. on receipt of payment (normally pretty quick!) I contact you to discuss your exact requirements e.g. users, clients etc
3. I/we set up the account
4. you give me your domain details and I amend them
5. I set up the users
6. I work with you to set up and get used to your new email and collaboration system
7. I am on call for a week or two, to get you though the migration process

Please note that although the whole process can be done in 24 hours, the main delay in setting things up relates to the moving/re-pointing of the email system from your current provider to google - this is call propagation - see here for more (technical & boring) information on this.The £50 applies to any of the gmail editions.  If you want more than the above e.g. more than 5 user set up, on site visit/support, better generla support (standard edition) or anything else, there is an additional charge, although it is very conservative and competative!
